Pathogenicity test bacteria from Oreochromis niloticus and Clarias gariepinus aquaculture ponds

Present research aimed to examine the pathogenicity opportunities of some bacteria which were isolated from freshwater aquaculture ponds fish Oreochromis niloticus, Clarias gariepinus, and Pangasius pangasius. The water feces O. niloticus C. gariepinus in Samarinda, identified as Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, amnigenus. An 0.1 mL-1 each was intramuscular injection evaluated clinical signs, eksternal pathology, mortality. using this pangasius with size 10-15 g Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. result showed that caused mortality fish: E. coli 23.33-66.67%; cloacae 10.00 90.00%; amnigenus by 3.33-56.67%. average death time all three under 48 hours, while less than hours P.
